I lead product design and build working software.

I’m Gideon Awolesi, a senior product designer and design engineer based in Poland. At Syndigo, I led product design and improved design operations. At Philips, QIAGEN and Bayer, I used usability-engineering methods on healthcare software and medical-device workflows where mistakes carry real consequences. At Nifty League, I led the public site, game dashboard and credit-system experience. I also take my own ideas from research and interface design into working products. How I work

I start with the decision a person needs to make, what the business needs from that decision and what can go wrong. I turn the evidence into flows and reusable interface patterns, then build a working prototype when a static design cannot answer the important questions. I can lead design at system level and still work through the states, accessibility details and implementation constraints needed to ship.
