What you send me
One AI flow and one question. The flow is a single journey through your AI feature, like a new user's first prompt or an assistant drafting replies in your support inbox. The question is the decision your team keeps going back and forth on, like "Should the assistant send replies on its own, or always ask first?" I work from the link, Figma file, screenshots, or recording you share, so you don't need to set up an onboarding meeting.
What you get back
- A recorded walkthrough: About 15 minutes of me going through your flow, showing where people are likely to get stuck and why.
- A one-page fix list: The problems I found, ranked by how much they matter, so your team knows what to fix first.
- One next test: A small test that settles the decision you're stuck on. I tell you what to measure, so your team can decide from the results instead of waiting on my opinion.
What I look at
I go through the flow the way a new user would. I look at the first screen, how the feature lets people know they're dealing with AI, what happens when the answer is wrong, and how people recover. I talk through where trust, clarity, or control breaks down, in the order your user would run into it.
What happens after
If the fix list is enough, that's the end of it, and you keep everything. If you want help fixing what I found, there are fixed-price options, like a coded prototype sprint to test a better version with real users. If a larger piece of work would help, I'll mention it once in the review and leave the decision to you.
