RebrandOS

Connect your owned accounts, prepare posts once, and watch each one move from scheduled to published.

About RebrandOS

  1. Role: Founder, product designer and builder. I handled the research, UX, UI, frontend, backend and hosting.
  2. What it is: A web platform for publishing to accounts a team owns. Connect the accounts, prepare a post once and follow it through scheduled, publishing, published or needs review.
  3. Who it is for: Brands managing several channels, agencies working across client accounts and creators who do not want to prepare the same post repeatedly. The workspace lives at ops.rebrandos.com.

Publishing operations

Prepare a post once and follow it across every channel.

The workspace shows what is scheduled, publishing, published or waiting for review, so operators do not have to check each platform separately.

Prepare once

Turn one content brief into a publishing plan.

Draft the post once, add channel-specific versions and review every scheduled post before it leaves the workspace.

The problem

Publishing across several channels means copying the same content between tabs and checking each platform to see what went out. Teams may only discover a failed post when a client asks why it is missing. RebrandOS puts preparation, delivery and review in one place.

What I designed and built

  1. Connect once: Users link the accounts they are allowed to publish to, so preparation and delivery happen in one place.
  2. Prepare once: Write the post once, then choose the connected channels that should receive it.
  3. Visible delivery states: Every post moves through scheduled, publishing, published or needs review. The team can check the whole queue without opening each network.
  4. Review the results: After delivery, users can see what was published and where.

Design decisions

  1. Honest delivery states: RebrandOS shows each publishing step instead of treating a click as proof that the post went live. Failed posts surface early.
  2. An operational workspace: The cream-and-orange interface holds enough information for daily publishing without feeling like an enterprise dashboard.
  3. Account ownership: Teams can only connect accounts they own and are allowed to publish to.

Outcome

RebrandOS is live at ops.rebrandos.com. I designed, built and host the workspace, which brings multi-channel preparation, publishing status and review into one flow.
