RebrandOS
Connect your owned accounts, prepare posts once, and watch each one move from scheduled to published.

Overview
About RebrandOS
- Role: Founder, product designer and builder. I handled the research, UX, UI, frontend, backend and hosting.
- What it is: A web platform for publishing to accounts a team owns. You connect the accounts, prepare a post once, and follow it as it moves through scheduled, publishing, published, or needs review.
- Who it is for: Brands managing several channels, agencies working across client accounts, and creators who don’t want to prepare the same post over and over. The workspace is at ops.rebrandos.com.
- Reach: 500+ users and 3,000+ daily visits.
Publishing operations
Prepare a post once and follow it across every channel.
The workspace shows what's scheduled, publishing, published, or waiting for review, so the people running it don't have to check each platform separately.

Prepare once
Turn one content brief into a publishing plan.
Draft the post once, add a version for each channel, and review every scheduled post before it leaves the workspace.- Campaign copy approved
- Channels selected
- Publish window locked
The problem
Right now, publishing across several channels means copying the same content between tabs, then checking each platform to see what actually went out. A team might only find out a post failed when a client asks why it’s missing. RebrandOS puts preparation, delivery, and review in one place.
What I designed and built
- Connect once: Users link the accounts they’re allowed to publish to, so they prepare and deliver posts from one place.
- Prepare once: Write the post once, then choose the connected channels that should receive it.
- Visible delivery states: Every post moves through scheduled, publishing, published, or needs review. The team can check the whole queue without opening each network.
- Review the results: After delivery, users can see what was published and where.
Design decisions
- Honest delivery states: A click on Publish isn’t proof that the post went live, so RebrandOS shows each publishing step. That way, a failed post shows up early.
- An operational workspace: The cream-and-orange interface shows enough information to run daily publishing without feeling like an enterprise dashboard.
- Account ownership: Teams can only connect accounts they own and are allowed to publish to.
Outcome
RebrandOS is live at ops.rebrandos.com. I designed, built and host the workspace, so teams can prepare posts for several channels, track publishing status, and review results in one flow.

RebrandOS is live
I design, build, and ship products like this from start to finish.
That covers the research, the interface, the design system, and the working code. If your product needs the same, a fixed-scope project is the quickest way to start.
