Apply if you're

A real operator with shipped product.

SaaS founder or SMB operator — live business with 10+ paying

customers OR $500K+ revenue.

You have a specific operational headache — support drowning,

manual work bleeding hours, content sounds robotic, calls going

unanswered.

You can move on what you learn. Founder, CEO, COO, or the

operator who owns the system you'd change.

Comfortable with $15-30K to install a sprint if it makes sense. The

audit's free either way.

FAQ

The objections you're

about to have.

07

07

Is this actually free, or a sales call in disguise?

Fully free. The 25-min Loom and the 1-pager are real deliverables — you keep both even if you never message me again. The reason it works as a business: if the Loom is good and the 1-pager makes sense, ~25-35% of applicants come back and book the paid Diagnostic ($4,500). The other 65-75% take the diagnosis and ship it themselves, which is also a fine outcome for me.

What's teh difference between this and the paid Diagnostic?

The free Audit is a 25-min Loom + 1-page scoped doc, delivered in ~7 days. It tells you which sprint fits, at what price, and what you'd ship. The paid Diagnostic ($4,500, 14 days) is the deeper version: workflow mapping, 3-5 ranked AI integrations with effort/leverage scoring, ROI projections, and a 12-month roadmap. Most Diagnostic clients book because the Audit confirmed something they want done properly.

What if your recommendation is wrong?

Then you reply and tell me. I rework the 1-pager once, free. If you've already paid into the Diagnostic and the scoping turns out wrong, I refund it. The 1-pager is a hypothesis, not a verdict — disagreement is data.

What if you've never worked in my industry?

10+ years across fintech, healthcare, hospitality, e-commerce, web3, and construction. The portfolio links above (ARDS Monitor, Euler, Ortolligence) span healthcare B2B, DeFi consumer, and surgical mobile. AI operations work pattern-matches across verticals more than founders expect — invoice ingestion looks similar in FinOps SaaS and in dental practices. That said: if your industry is one where I'd be guessing, I'll say so on the Loom and either refer you out or scope the audit narrower.

What do you do with my URL and operational details?

If I take the audit, I keep the application alongside the Loom + 1-pager I deliver. If I don't take it, I delete the application within 30 days. I don't add you to a mailing list, I don't share your details, and I don't use your business as a case study without explicit written permission.

Can I see a full past audit before I apply?

Yes. I publish public anonymized sprint deep-dives on my YouTube channel. The 90-second preview at the top of this page is from one of them. The full Looms are what your audit will look like.

What happens after i get the one pager?

Nothing, unless you initiate. No drip emails. No "circling back." No "did you get a chance to review." The 1-pager has my email on it. If you want to talk, you reply. If you don't, you don't.

Are you a designer or a developer?

Designer first ... that's where I lead. I do user research, design systems, UX, and product strategy as my craft. But I also ship: I built the v1 of my own products end-to-end .. UX, frontend, backend, AI integration, hosting, and App Store submission. Hire me to design, and you get someone who can also prototype a working product to validate the idea.

What is your notice period?

Two to Four Weeks

What industries have you worked in?

I have worked in fintech, healthcare, hospitality, e-commerce, web3 and construction industries.

How many years of experience do you have?

10+ years in product and ux desigm. 12+ years in design in general

Do you have any experience with managing stakeholders?

Yes I am familiar with identifying stakeholders and ensuring their expectations and needs are met effectively.

What kind of working agreement are you interested in?

I am quite flexible and able to work under any of the following; employment contracts, B2B contracts and Freelance contracts.
