I employ the design thinking method and work using a dynamic shared ownership model … owning the product process from start to finish, focusing on outcomes at a high level and tasks and output at a lower level so business goals are met. In research, I use qualitative and quantitative methods to bring real user information into business and design decisions. When the brief calls for it, I don't stop at the design file … I prototype or build the product end-to-end so the design gets validated against real users, not assumptions. My recent shipped work uses OpenAI and Claude for the AI layer, with self-managed infrastructure (VPS, CI/CD, App Store, domains) so I own the full delivery.
